Hi all...
As promised, here is the list of food with the total of calories that I jotted down in my small notebook that I bring everyday and everywhere..

Tips to reduce weight:

  • Eat less than 1200 per day
  • Drink coffee 
  • Eat spicy food

    1. Sis, sy buat Tabata HIIT 4 kali seminggu + workout, n sy consume fat burner, mkn pun sy amek kurang dr 1400 calories. Sis rse brpe lme sy bole dptkn berat 65kg (ideal utk sy)? Skrg berat sy 73kg.. Thanks sis for the info :)

    2. if you consume less than 1400 calories per day, tak sampai 2 bulan laa.. sbb i amek 500 ke 600 je per day, masa nak burn fat fast, 2x 40 min aerobik + 2x joging 2km per week. it took me 2 months, so you should be less than that :)
